Alberto Alexander

Doctorate in Business Administration and Marketing, University of Kansas

Dr. Alexander has 15 years of experience in sales and retail marketing at Procter & Gamble in Mexico, the United States, and the Latin America region. He held positions from Sales Representative to Associate Director of Customer Marketing at P&G-Latin America. He was Director of Recruiting, Training and Development for Procter & Gamble’s Latin American sales organizations, developing high performance sales organizations in each of the countries in the region. He developed the Hispanic market for P&G brands in the U.S. and was part of the teams that launched the digital transformation of P&G’s marketing function and actively participated in the launch of many P&G brands in Mexico and Latin America. He held the position of Operations Manager for several P&G plants in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and was part of the P&G task force responsible for implementing ISO standards in P&G plants and key logistics processes for 10 years. As a business consultant, he has continued his career advising many LATAM-based firms such as Pfizer, Glaxo Smith Kline, and Mercado Libre (Argentina) on digital marketing, retail and trade marketing and business innovation matters. In addition, he has diversified into the operation’s quality assurance business. He has extensive international consulting and auditing experience in: ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and ISO 22301. Dr. Alexander has helped several companies in different industries to implement and obtain international certification.
