Educational model

Design and implementation of authentic digital learning experiences

Each session, subject, assessment, and assignment should be the result of the deliberate design of a learning experience, where students can interact with reality in both conceptual and practical dimensions. Equally important in the design, is the content and deployment of the experience using different technologies. Every experience must generate spaces and stimuli where tactical and explicit knowledge can be socialized, shared, internalized, and codified.

Student-centered
learning

In this digital age, the role of the educator is to become an orchestrator and facilitator of learning. They are also curators of knowledge, gatekeepers, and editors of information. Collaborative and interactive learning in which the student becomes the protagonist of his knowledge, supported by digital technologies, becomes the cornerstone of a new educational model.

Integration of theory
and practice

At the undergraduate level, it is necessary but not sufficient to be proficient at teaching. Great teachers differ from good ones in their ability to inspire a passion for learning and develop habits such as curiosity, creativity, collaboration, compassion, and critical thinking. Theoretical substance is equally important as practical relevance.

Individual
consideration

We all learn in different ways and come from different backgrounds and realities. In designing learning experiences, it is important to take into account students' individual differences, as well as their interests, so that we can connect with them and, when possible, customize our approach to both their learning styles and cultural context.

The programs we offer have been designed to enable our students to successfully meet the needs of the U.S. and LATAM labor market, allowing them to offer employers a differentiated value proposition essential for rapid employability.
