Dr. Temblador holds the rank of tenured professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey. In addition to her extensive academic career, she has held high-level positions at ITESM as Director of Business Solutions (Executive Education), Director of ITESM faculty consulting capabilities development as well as Director of the Quality and Productivity Center. As a consultant she has developed projects in companies such as Ford, General Electric and Cemex. She is currently a Visiting Professor of Engineering at Texas Tech University.
