Develop the skills, competencies, and knowledge in graduates to lead the adoption and adaptation of various information technologies across different areas of the company, such as strategy, operations, systems, processes, and organizational culture.
Program objectives:
To develop the skills, competencies, and expertise in graduates to lead the adoption and adaptation of different information technologies to different areas of the enterprise such as the strategy, operations, systems, processes and the organization’ culture. Specifically, this program will enable graduates to integrate leading digital technologies into the strategic management of the business and the organization using a solid innovation management framework. The four main capabilities developed by this program are:
- Lead the transition from analog to digital operations.
- Leading the digitization of different functions such as HR, Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing.
- Design and execute digital business strategies.
- Increase business value and redesign the value proposition by leveraging the power of disruptive technologies.
