For more than 25 years he has worked as manager and manager in the areas of Organizational Development, Human Resources and Planning, collaborating for leading companies in his field worldwide. These include PEMEX, CONACYT, SEDESOL, SCT, SFP, INFONAVIT and SHCP in the public sector; NOVARTIS-GERBER, AMERICAN STANDARD, HOLCIM, TERNIUM, HALLIBURTON and BBVA-BANCOMER in the private sector. Professor Molina has been a visiting professor at IPADE, Universidad Iberoamericana and Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is an expert in Technological Systems applied to HR, Strategic Planning and DashBoards. He has developed several projects under the PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology.
