Prof. Montalvo is a partner of the firm R. Montalvo y Asociado, and provides legal advice on international commercial matters, representing domestic and foreign clients in commercial negotiations. Negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and agreements. Consulting in alternative methods of dispute resolution. Currently, the firm administers more than 5,000 individual medical and life insurance certificates, various auto fleet policies, as well as air transport reinsurance contracts with international airlines, among others. He was regional counsel for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Financial Services in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, and Costa Rica. He was also a lawyer for PepsiCo and teaches at the Universidad Iberoamericana on topics related to Private International Law.
