Francisco worked as a local expert of the energy cluster for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) of Germany. He is coordinator of the German Mexican Energy Alliance and advisor to the Energy Cluster Governance. He has worked for multilateral organizations such as the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank as project leader in areas of sustainable development. He has been a speaker at several events related to the Energy Sector Innovation such as IBM, Tecnológico de Monterrey, CIDE, and Blockchain Academy.
