    This program has been structured with the following components:

    • a) general education with 30 credit hours
    • b) business core with 30 credit hours
    • c) major courses with 60 credit hours.

    This program offers 3 minors as areas of concentration: Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Data Science and Business Analytics, and Globalization and International Business, each one with 15 credits which are included in the specialization courses component. This program is offered both online and in a hybrid format. The online format of this program is deployed integrating synchronous and asynchronous components while maximizing the use of our learning management system. The program has a multi-discipline approach integrating business, humanities, and technology.

    The sequence of courses is designed to maximize the learning of students, complementing, and integrating knowledge acquisition with skills development in order to apply what has been learnt into authentic real-life situations and professional challenges.

    To immerse students in learning experiences that will expose them to the latest theories, trends, technologies, and practices related to the field of business administration. The program aims to develop for students a unique competitive edge of integrating to both manage the business and manage the organization from an innovation/strategy vantage point. The learning journey the development of soft skills such as strategic thinking, creativity and problem solving among others. This program provides the knowledge that a business administrator should have with the option of selecting relevant specializations that will emphasize the particular focus and area of expertise.

    Study Schedule:
    Mondays and Wednesdays
    from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm Miami time
    Tuesdays and Thursdays
    from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm Miami time
    Additionally, during the months of January, April, July, and November, there will be Saturday classes from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM Miami time.

    • Each course will be taken in one month or 4 weeks.
    • Each week there will be 6 hours of synchronous class and 5 hours of asynchronous work.
