She has the highest rank as a researcher (Level III) in the National Research System in Mexico. She has more than 56 publications in peer-reviewed research journals and 6 books. She has been visiting professor at the University of Leuven in Belgium, HEC Montreal, IESEG Paris, Universite Jean Moulin III Lyon, and Johannes Kepler University in Austria. She has directed since 2014 the PRME (Principles of Responsible Management) network for Latin America.
